Transportation Details

Bus Shuttle (highly recommended)

The most efficient way to get to the fair is to take one of the 15 charter buses offering FREE pick up and drop off at the Stack Parking Lot, right across from Zachry.

The buses will run every 5 minutes from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm on both days of the fair (September 4th and 5th).

Parking

We will have approximately 1200 to 1400 parking spaces available for students who choose to drive.

There are 3 main areas that have parking available on the days of the fair (September 4th and September 5th):

• Legends Event Center Lots
• Big Shots
• Travis Fields

All three lots will have staff on site to direct students to open parking lots at the fair.

The Big Shots lot will have a shuttle offering drop off to and pick up from Legends Event Center.

Estimated transit time (from Zachry): 6-8 minutes

Rideshare (not recommended)

Rideshare drop off and pick up will be available along the main parking lot of Legends Event Center.

Rideshare is discouraged due to the expected amount of traffic along the venue on the days of the event. Rather, opt to take one of our free shuttle buses.
