Where do I send my booth materials?

Please plan to ship your booth materials to arrive at the Legends Event Center by Tuesday, September 3rd, and we will have your boxes waiting at your booth when you arrive. Send booth materials to the address listed below:

How do I create an account?

We will be facilitating all registrations for the SEC Engineering Career Fair (in-person) through Symplicity. You can create an account for your organization HERE. Once your account is created, there is a 2-3 day vetting process before your account is approved!

What is the deadline to register for the fair?

For our Fall 2024 Career Fair, the deadline to register is August 9th.

How do I pay for the Career Fair?

At this time, payments are accepted by credit card or a mailed check. Payment via credit card can be done HERE. Payment by check will also be accepted on the days of the Career Fair in person. Payments are due by Friday, September 6th, or a $50 Late Fee will be charged. Please send checks to:

Where can I find my invoice?

    1. View your registration for our event on Symplicity.
    2. Clicked on the "Registered" button next to the event.
    3. Navigate to the "Accounting" tab and your invoice should be there!

What is SEC's Tax ID Number?

Where can I find SEC's W-9 form?

Email careerfair@sec.tamu.edu to request a copy of our W-9.

How can I reserve private interview rooms?

Private interview rooms can be reserved through the Texas A&M Career Center (separate from Student Engineers' Council) at 979.845.5139. Call early, as many companies will reserve these rooms for the days following the fair.
