1. How do I sign up for this Career Fair?
To register for the Career Fair, you must create or sign-in to your company account on this site. You will then be prompted to register for the Fall 2021 SEC Career Fair, where you can edit the details of your company's outlook, information and recruiting goals. Please see the Company Checklist HERE for more detailed information on registering and preparing for the Fall 2021 SEC Career Fair.
2. What is the deadline to register for the fair?
The deadline is Friday, August 27, 2021 at midnight CST.
NOTE: There is currently a waitlist for Wednesday (in-person) and the other days are also getting close to capacity. We recommend that you register as soon as possible to reserve your spot for any of the three days.
3. How can I confirm/change my registration?
First, log in to your account HERE. A brief summary of your registration is posted at the top of the next page. To make changes, click the "Update Registration" link on the right. Cycle through the next few pages to see what you are registered for right now and make any necessary changes.
4. My company is not appearing on Career Fair Plus. Why is that?
There should be a link to a Google Form in your registration confirmation email. Once you complete that Google Form, that information will be uploaded to Career Fair Plus within a few days, and you will receive information to log in to your account. See Step 2 of the Company Checklist for more information.
1. Where can I find my invoice?
First, log in to your account HERE. Click "View Current Invoice" on the Company Dashboard. To download a PDF, click "Download PDF Version".
2. How do I pay for the Career Fair?
Payments are accepted by company checks, personal checks, cashier’s checks, credit card, and money orders at any time. Payment by check and credit card will be accepted on September 8th and September 9th in person. Payments are due by the last day of the fair, or a $50 Late Fee will be charged. 3. I have a credit from a previous fair. When I attempt to pay, why is my credit not applied?
If you have a credit from a previous fair, it needs to be manually applied to the fair that you would like to use that credit for. Please let us know if you have a credit that needs to be applied to this fair by emailing email@example.com.
4. Where can I find SEC's W-9 form?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a copy of our W-9.

2. Can we still set up interview slots with the University?
The Career Center here at Texas A&M is planning on continuing to offer interview resources. Employers can email email@example.com if they want to reserve an interview room ahead of time for Fall 2021. For more information, visit the Career Center Website.
