REQUIRED STEPS

1. Company Registration on the SEC Career Fair website (REQUIRED)

To register for the Fall 2021 SEC Engineering Career Fair, you must create or sign-in to your company account on this website. You will then be prompted to register for the Fall 2021 SEC Engineering Career Fair, where you can edit the details of your company's information and recruiting goals.

Click HERE to go to Company Registration! Company Registration will close on Friday, August 27th, 2021 at midnight CST.

NOTE: There is currently a waitlist for Wednesday (in-person) and the other days are also getting close to capacity. We recommend that you register as soon as possible to reserve your spot for any of the three days.

2. Company Profile Information via Google Forms (REQUIRED)

After registering for the Fall 2021 SEC Engineering Career Fair on this website (completed in Step 1), you will receive a confirmation email from careerfair@sec.tamu.edu that includes a link to a Google Form that will allow you to input important company information for your profile on the Career Fair Plus platform.

Note: The Career Fair Plus platform will be used for BOTH in-person and virtual days to allow for scheduled meetings and company information to be available to students.

3. Individual Recruiter Profile Information (REQUIRED)

After completing the Google Form in Step 2, you will receive an email from Career Fair Plus allowing you to go in and edit your individual and company profile information.

Students will have access to booking meetings with recruiters before the fair. We highly recommend having all company/recruiter information and schedules up to date by then to make student scheduling easy. However, you will still have the ability to edit this information leading up to the fair as well as during the fair.

4. Company Payment (REQUIRED)

Click HERE to find information regarding instructions on how to make payments for the Fall 2021 SEC Engineering Career Fair. This includes billing address, withdrawal schedule, refund policy, Tax ID Number, and W-9 form information.

Payments must be received by Wednesday, September 8, 2021 for the in-person fair and Friday, September 10, 2021 for the virtual fair or a late fee will be charged.

5. Company Logistics (REQUIRED)
