Scheduling Meetings


If you are not signed in when you go to book a meeting, you will be prompted to sign in. If you have not yet created an account, you must do so at this stage in order to book meetings. We ask that you please use your school email (i.e. @tamu.edu, @aggienetwork.com, @tamucc.edu, @pvamu.edu, etc.). The system will not allow you to double-book yourself, nor to book back-to-back meetings. This is so that you have a buffer window in case one of your meetings overruns.

The first time you book a meeting, you will be prompted to enter your qualifications (major, GPA, year, etc.). Career Fair Plus allows you to browse every company attending the fair and offers a variety of filters to search by including degrees, majors, and positions for hire. Additional filters you can search with include by day, industry, and work authorization. In order to schedule a meeting, follow these steps:

  • Tap on the employer you would like to meet with and then tap 'Meetings' to see the schedules they have available
  • Recruiters may have multiple schedules based on position, department, or major so be on the lookout for the schedules that you are interested in
  • Choose a time that works for you, and hit 'YES' to book the meeting time

Don't forget, meetings are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so if there is an employer you want to meet with, don't wait to book a meeting with them!
