Fall 2020 Virtual Career Fair

The SEC Engineering Career Fair is the premier recruiting event for the College of Engineering at Texas A&M University. The career fair is planned, organized, and staffed by the Student Engineers' Council and is one of the largest student-run engineering career fairs in the nation. Historically, as many as 10,000 engineering students attend the fall career fair seeking internships, co-ops, and full-time positions from the 450+ companies that attend.


Fair Dates, Times & Details

SEC Engineering Career Fair

The SEC Virtual Career Fair will take place September 1, 2, and 3 as originally planned, starting with the Virtual Company Showcase on September 1. On September 2 and 3, recruiters will be able to interact one-on-one with students from 9 AM to 4 PM.

There will be NO limit to the number of recruiters per company booth.

Engineering Honors Fair

We are happy to announce that we are partnering with the Craig and Galen Brown Engineering Honors Program for the first time, to provide you with a seamless recruiting experience. The EH Virtual Career Fair will take place on August 31 from 9 AM to 4 PM and on September 1 from 9 AM to 2 PM. The Engineering Honors Fair will also be eliminating the limit of recruiters in attendance.

Only Engineering Honors students will be able to interact with companies during this event.


Symplicity Virtual Career Fair Platform

To help host this Virtual Fair, we have begun working with the platform Symplicity, which has had a long and successful track record working with our Texas A&M University Career Center. The platform boasts several important features such as:

  • Compatibility with the Hire Aggies System
  • 1:Many Live Video Chats & Much More

Registration

SEC Engineering Career Fair

To attend, your company must first register here on the SEC site and pay your account's associated fee. Once completed, you must sign in through Hire Aggies and register on through the Symplicity Virtual Fair to begin setting up your virtual booth.

Engineering Honors Fair

To attend, your company must first register here on the SEC site and pay your account's associated fee. Once completed, you must sign in through Hire Aggies and register on through the Symplicity Virtual Fair to begin setting up your virtual booth. If you would like to attend the Engineering Honors Career Fair only, and not the SEC Career Fair, please contact us by email and we will update your invoice accordingly.
